During my stay, I appreciated the peaceful environment of my King Room, especially since it was close to the elevator but surprisingly quiet. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a range of options such as oatmeal with various toppings, hot scrambled eggs, and fresh bacon or sausage, which fueled my days exploring nearby attractions like the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Overall, I felt secure, thanks to the presence of a security guard monitoring the parking lot during the night.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of our room and its comfort while taking in some fresh mountain air. The kids loved the nearby adventures of hiking and exploring caves. Plus, the staff's willingness to cater to our needs made us feel right at home, even with our pets.
My wife says that a larger breakfast selection would be great.

missingWrote a review on 25 Aprnice amenitiesfriendly staffslow servicecheck-in confusionpoor temperature control
I checked into the King Room and immediately appreciated the cleanliness of the space. The bed felt comfortable, which is always a plus. The view from the room had its charm, especially with the surrounding areas. However, I did encounter some hiccups. The check-in process took longer than expected, even though I had used the online app. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not prepared for the number of check-ins, which caused a delay. My room had issues with the air conditioning. it couldn’t hold a steady temperature. It would go from freezing to stuffy, so that was frustrating. I liked grabbing a coffee any time of the day, that's a nice touch. The charging station for electric vehicles right across the street also made life easier, especially after a long drive. I had one awkward situation with my key card. it stopped working twice, which meant another trip to the lobby. It lost its memory and that became annoying. The breakfast options were decent, but a bit limited in variety—more fresh fruit would definitely help. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but hope they streamline check-ins and fix the air conditioning.

During my stay, the suite was clean and the furnishings were updated. The staff was pleasant and attentive, providing us with more hangers immediately upon request. The breakfast was consistently amazing with hot scrambled eggs, fresh bacon, and a variety of options including make-your-own waffles. The gym, which was open 24 hours, allowed me to maintain my workout routine effortlessly.
There was limited variety in the breakfast options on some days.
